| Q: Why should I consider paying for a Listing in the Directory? |
|
A: Return on Investment. The listings are relatively inexpensive and generate new business leads for you. Typically, if you just capture business from one of the leads it will more than cover the cost of the listing for the whole year.

| Q: Our listing on the site needs to be corrected. How can I change the information? |
|
A: If you submitted the IndustryLink under your UserID, then you may edit the information by logging into the site and accessing the listing from your 'my account' page. To login, click the blue 'login' link in the upper left hand corner of any page. After logging in you may reach your account page by clicking the blue 'my account' link in the upper left hand corner of any page. To edit your listing, scroll down the 'my account' page to the IndustryLink section. If you did not submit the listing, then you may Submit A New Listing to replace the existing one or you may Contact Us.

| Q: I submitted our site but I do not see it listed on the site. Am I doing something wrong? |
|
A: Not necessarily. Each listing submitted is reviewed by our staff so do not expect to see the listing on the site for 2 to 3 business days. Our staff may edit or delete the submitted listings in order to maintain the focus and integrity of our directories.

| Q: I tried to correct our listing but it did not work. What am I doing wrong? |
|
A: It is important to understand you have both a User Account and a Listing on our system. The User Account includes your personal name and email address. Your Listing includes all of the information on your company like name, address, phone, fax, email, website address, markets, etc. You can edit both your User Information and your Listing information from the 'my account' page once you are logged in to the site.
